Заказывал 2 раза сначала 3xl потом по приложению 5xl но пришли 4xl это по меркам азии. Обхват бедра у меня 60 см при педалировании чуть больше и даже 4xl маловато конечно, одна надежда что растянется. Это я к тому что формула прибавьте к своему обычному размеру еще 2 тоже может не отработать, будьте внимательны при выборе.
